A personal view of all your work.
My Tasks brings together the work assigned to each employee, with categories that make it easier to find the next action.
- See employee tasks, workflow steps, project tasks, new CRM leads, customer follow-ups, appointments, approvals, reassignment reviews, shared requests, and personal agent work.
- Browse categories for new leads, follow-ups, appointments, approvals, requests, general tasks, and agent work.
- Send a task to a coworker in another department with a responsible owner, description, category, and due date.
- Complete assigned work with a completion note and retain it in history. A CRM follow-up can connect a task, calendar entry, and reminder, with completion updating the linked records.

Build a process your team can reuse.
Start from a department template, create ordered steps, or paste a checklist to turn a process into assigned work.
- Name and describe the workflow, choose its department, assign employees, and set deadlines.
- Add approval steps, conditions, request fields, and approved procedures or knowledge.
- Save drafts, duplicate workflows, search and filter your library, and track progress, completion notes, and exceptions.
- Start eligible personal workflows or request manager activation for team workflows. Personal and team activation permissions differ.
- Editing preserves previous run history and may require renewed activation. Recurring execution requires the background worker to be configured and running.

Build a workflow that follows the work.
The advanced workflow studio supports processes that need different paths, deliberate pauses, and the right employee approval.
- Create employee task and approval steps, then branch into different paths based on entered information.
- Wait until a specified date, for a recorded customer reply, for payment of a selected invoice, or for an existing reviewed agent plan to finish.
- Preview the selected path and employee assignments before starting. Each run preserves the exact workflow version and inputs that were approved.
- Track progress, blocked steps, and execution history. Cancel with a recorded reason or recover eligible blocked work without duplicating completed tasks.
- Assigned approvers control approval steps. Automatic progression requires the background automation service to be configured and running.

A starting point for each department.
Guided preparation helps teams turn supplied context into a useful checklist or a plan for review.
- Sales and customer success: prepare follow-ups from customer history, onboarding checklists, and support summaries from supplied context.
- Operations: turn meeting notes into assigned next steps, organize requests and handoffs, and compare supplier information.
- Finance and people teams: compare entered invoice and reference totals, prepare collection follow-ups, and organize employee onboarding tasks.
- Marketing and leadership: prepare campaign work, review tasks, management questions, and exceptions needing a decision.
- Guided checklists can be prepared without an AI connection. Connected AI uses selected, permitted context for supported actions.

Keep the whole job connected.
Projects, shared requests, and intake forms connect incoming work to people and customer context.
- Create projects and jobs with owners, due dates, tasks, approvals, CRM links, documents, and project appointments. Track active, on-hold, or completed status.
- Triage the shared request inbox, assign an owner, and track open, waiting, and resolved requests.
- Publish custom request-form links and route submitted customer or employee requests into the company's shared workspace.
- The shared inbox coordinates requests; it is not a complete replacement for every email or messaging system.

Know your capacity. Understand delivery costs.
Employee capacity, time tracking, and project costs help you plan work around the people available and understand the cost of delivering it.
- Set weekly employee capacity, days off, and task estimates. Review workloads and reassign eligible tasks with confirmation.
- Record employee time against projects. Set employee cost rates with historical snapshots to preserve the rates used in cost records.
- Record project budgets, estimated revenue, and expenses. Compare recorded costs with revenue to estimate project margins.
- Missing costs remain unknown, and different currencies are kept separate.
- These tools support operational planning. They do not replace accounting or payroll software.

A checklist is a starting point.
Revonaro supports preparation, coordination, and approved execution through supported tools.
- Assigning a checklist does not mean an invoice has been paid, a customer has completed onboarding, or an employee account has been provisioned.
- Connected AI and external actions need approved accounts, permissions, configuration, and live validation. Review recorded outcomes to understand what actually completed.
A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT
Customer onboarding
Plan the handoff from an accepted quote to delivery. Use a clear owner, a short checklist and a review before the next team begins.

A clearer next step.
What is a practical first business workflow?
Start with one repeat process, such as customer onboarding. Capture the request, assign a responsible employee, add a review step, and release the next task after approval. Test the workflow with sample records before relying on it for customer work.
Can different departments share a workflow?
Yes. Assign steps to the relevant employees and departments so sales, operations and finance can work through the same process. Employees find assigned work in My Tasks, with customer follow-ups separate from other kinds of work.
What makes a workflow run automatically?
Supported workflow steps include conditions, approvals and waits for dates or recorded events. Automatic progression and recurring work require the background automation service to be configured and running. External actions also require the appropriate approved provider connection.
