Ask about the work. See where the answer comes from.

The company work assistant helps employees understand work across the records and information they have permission to access.

  • Search customer records, tasks, projects, custom business records, approved documents, and communications.
  • Inspect supporting information before requesting AI analysis, and select the sources the assistant should use.
  • Receive answers with supporting quotations and source links. Permissions and source versions are checked again before an answer is returned.
  • Prepare suggested next steps for employee review. Recommendations do not silently execute or replace approval and professional judgment.
  • Search works independently of AI configuration. AI analysis requires an approved provider connection.

03 / 02

An assistant for the work in front of you.

Start with the job you want to do: plan next steps, prepare a campaign, practice sales conversations, explore strategy, or organize department work. Then choose or configure the assistant’s instructions and supported tools.

  • With approved connections, prepare text and emails, summarize selected inbox results, and suggest customer follow-ups.
  • Prepare CRM notes, create employee tasks, plan meetings, and schedule supported appointments.
  • Turn a request into an editable action plan and prepare approved email campaigns for connected delivery.
  • See whether the company-approved AI connection is ready and what setup is missing before starting.
  • Assistants operate through supported tools. They do not have unrestricted control of any application or the ability to complete every request.

03 / 03

See exactly what you are approving.

Owner approval of a provider connection and employee approval of an exact action serve different purposes.

  • Review proposed actions, sender, recipients, message content, assignments, and meeting details before execution.
  • Approve one campaign message and its complete recipient list together, without confirming each individual email separately.
  • A change to the reviewed plan requires renewed approval. Version checks also protect supported plans when source records change.
  • Track execution results and provider receipts, and pause remaining work when needed.

03 / 04

Room to think through the next move.

Saved strategy, planning, and future-scenario conversations are private to each employee within the application.

  • Use company context supplied by authorized owners and selected approved documents to discuss options, tradeoffs, assumptions, risks, and next steps.
  • Compare conservative, base, and upside scenarios. Explore financial what-ifs using entered revenue, costs, and growth assumptions.
  • Convert proposed next steps into a separate action plan for review.
  • This is a thinking and planning assistant. It does not independently verify market conditions or guarantee forecasts.

03 / 05

Optional support for inbound calls.

Companies can opt in to voice assistants after approved calling and AI connections are configured and validated.

  • Answer inbound calls using company-approved public information and instructions. Configure different bots for roles or departments, each with a compatible voice.
  • Use short voice previews where available, browser voice practice after configuration, and a text rehearsal of the booking flow.
  • Route callers to approved bots or designated employees using employee availability controls. English, Spanish, and French configurations use compatible voices.
  • Choose optional retained transcripts, review summaries and proposed CRM follow-ups, and let owners review employee coaching suggestions.
  • Review call outcomes and estimated monthly usage budgets, and set call limits.

03 / 06

Clear rules for voice and booking.

Voice assistants disclose that they are AI. Their role and authority are defined by the company.

  • Meeting booking can be enabled as an explicit exception to per-action employee approval: the company approves booking rules in advance, and the caller confirms the offered appointment.
  • Outbound calling campaigns are not implemented. Recorded one-minute sales, scheduling, and inbound conversation demos are not yet available.
  • Calling, browser voice practice, and conversational features require compatible providers, permissions, configuration, and live validation.

TEACH BY TALKING

Your business. Your experience. Your sales practice.

Each employee can build a private training profile for a company’s voice bot. Explain the offer, customer problems, proof and boundaries out loud. Review the bot’s understanding before saving it; short text rules remain available.

Ask first, solve second

Practice starts with questions about the customer’s situation, the problem and its impact. The bot uses the approved company offer to propose a relevant next step, with room for different buying journeys.

Connect the customer context

Practice objections in conversation

Choose from ten practice situations, including price, timing, proof, several decision makers and a changing customer concern. Act as the prospect, give spoken coaching and try another round. Each situation explains what to listen for.

See the setup steps
  • See which business topics you have taught, how many practice sessions you have completed, and which lessons are in use.
  • Review new learning notes before using them. Filter notes that need review, approved lessons and dismissed suggestions.
  • Personal lessons stay with the employee and company. Practice includes recognizing a poor fit and respecting firm refusals and opt-outs.

Voice practice requires configured, company-approved AI and voice services. It is not a promise of autonomous cold calling or guaranteed sales. Training and lessons remain scoped to the company and employee; changing shared company rules still needs approval.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A clearer next step.

Can an AI business assistant act without employee approval?

AI prepares recommendations and action plans for review. The employee approves the specific action, including campaign content and recipients. Changes require another approval. Optional inbound voice booking is a company-controlled exception: it can book within preapproved rules after confirmation from the caller.

Can employees use AI to plan and compare future scenarios?

The strategy assistant supports saved planning conversations and scenario exploration. Treat forecasts as assumptions to test, not promises about future results. AI analysis requires an owner-approved provider connection; permitted company search can be used independently.

Can a voice assistant answer incoming business calls?

Optional inbound voice assistants can follow company instructions and supported booking rules after calling and AI providers are configured and validated. They identify themselves as AI. Outbound calling campaigns are not implemented.
