A calendar for each kind of work.

Create multiple named calendars without a preset calendar-count limit.

  • Separate appointments, projects, recruiting, customer calls, and other activities with calendar names and colors.
  • New calendars are private by default.
  • Add events, appointments, and customer follow-ups, and link entries to CRM customers.

06 / 02

Share a schedule with clear boundaries.

Give selected coworkers the access they need and revoke it when their involvement changes.

  • Share a calendar as view-only, or allow a coworker to add events and manage the events they create.
  • The calendar owner retains control of all entries in that calendar.
  • Connected Google and Outlook scheduling, availability, and invitation features need approved accounts, configuration, permissions, and live validation.
  • Saving an ordinary Revonaro appointment does not automatically send an external calendar invitation.

06 / 03

Keep the next appointment in view.

Configure reminder timing and find reminders in Revonaro's notification bell.

  • Optional desktop alerts require browser permission and an open Revonaro session.
  • Missed reminders remain available when the employee returns.
  • A CRM follow-up can create a linked task, calendar entry, and reminder. Completing the follow-up updates the linked records.

06 / 04

Meetings and tasks that stay connected.

Bring schedules into the same workflow as employee responsibilities and customer work.

  • See appointments alongside other assigned work in My Tasks, with customer and project links providing context.
  • Turn supplied meeting notes into proposed tasks with owners and due dates, and coordinate handoffs across departments.
  • Review supported scheduling actions and meeting details before execution. Optional inbound voice booking uses separately preapproved company rules and caller confirmation.
  • Share selected appointments through the customer portal and receive appointment requests for employee review. Appointment notes, attendees, and internal follow-ups are excluded from the customer view.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A clearer next step.

Can employees have separate personal and team calendars?

Yes. Employees can create multiple named calendars without a preset count limit. Calendars start private and can be shared with selected coworkers. The owner chooses whether those coworkers may add events or only view the calendar.

How do appointment reminders reach employees?

Reminders appear in Revonaro's notification bell. Desktop alerts require browser permission and an open Revonaro session. Missed reminders remain available when the employee returns.

Does adding a calendar event send an external invitation?

Saving an ordinary Revonaro appointment does not automatically send an invitation outside the company. Supported Google or Outlook scheduling needs its own approved connection, configuration and validation.
