Why Revonaro exists

A customer request rarely stays inside one department. Sales records the conversation, operations prepares the work, finance checks the quote and a manager resolves an exception. When each handoff depends on someone remembering to send another message, the next step can become unclear.

Revonaro brings those responsibilities into a shared business workspace. A customer record connects to assigned work, appointments and billing documents. Departments can keep their own processes while employees can see the tasks and decisions that need their attention.

The principles behind the product

Revonaro is in a private hosted preview for invited testers. Public enrollment and general desktop downloads are not open. Live provider connections and unattended automation require configuration and validation before a company relies on them.
