Who is responsible
Revonaro is the name of the software project. Website operator: Revonaro.
Privacy and early-access contact: support@revonaro.com.
What we collect and why
If you submit a request, we store your email address, the name, company, team size and interests you choose to provide, the submission time and the version of the notice acknowledged. We keep private review notes and a review status to manage requests. We use these details to assess interest, respond to your request and contact you about early-access availability.
The hosting provider processes technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and server logs, to deliver and protect the website. Our application uses request limits and a hidden form field to reduce automated abuse. Do not submit customer lists, passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Your choice and contact permission
Submitting a request is optional. You give permission to be contacted about that request and early-access availability. This is not a subscription to unrelated advertising or a permission to sell your details. Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you may withdraw it by contacting the address above; withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. We also process limited technical information for operating and securing the site.
Who can access information
Designated Revonaro administrators can review and export the request list. It is separate from company CRM records and authentication accounts. Other companies and their employees cannot use the website to browse it. Service providers support delivery: Render hosts the website and application, and Supabase provides the database. Resend sends early-access notification emails to the Revonaro support inbox; these alerts include the request details you supplied. Microsoft 365 hosts that inbox. We do not send early-access submissions to AI providers or advertising platforms.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical connection information when your browser requests them. Service providers may process information in the United States and other locations described in their own policies. We do not sell or rent your request information. Information may also be disclosed if legally required or needed to address abuse or protect rights.
Retention and removal
Requests expire 12 months after submission. Expired entries are removed when the request list next processes a submission or an administrator opens it; they are excluded from subsequent review. You can ask us to remove a request sooner. Deletion from the active list may not immediately remove copies in hosting or database backups, which follow the provider’s retention cycle. Any export must be handled privately and included when responding to a removal request.
Your privacy requests
Contact the address above to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw your early-access request. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability or a complaint to a privacy regulator, may apply depending on where you live.
Website use and changes
The site is intended for adults evaluating business software. We do not knowingly collect requests from children. We use access controls and secure connections to protect information, but no service can promise complete security. If this notice changes, we update the date and explain any material change before using your information for a new purpose.
