Every document belongs to a customer.
Quotes and invoices attach to a specific CRM ID so customer history remains connected.
- Create editable line items, quantities, and prices. Save drafts, review the exact amount, and issue the document.
- Convert an issued quote into an invoice and view customer document history from CRM.
- Print or save documents as PDF. Retain the pricing details used when each document was issued.
- Record supported payment status and confirmed offline receipts.
- Share selected quotes and invoices through the customer portal. Eligible quote acceptance preserves the agreed version and receipt; existing valid invoice payment links can be presented to the customer.

Pricing rules for each department.
Save department rules for future customers while reviewing the amount on each document.
- Set currency, tax rate, named custom charges, charge amounts, and taxable or non-taxable fees.
- Maintain seller details and terms. Rules are saved separately for each department.
- Taxes and custom fees are optional selections on each quote or invoice; they are not automatically applied.
- Owners can separately authorize employees to manage department rules and to issue documents.

A connected path to customer payment.
The customer invoice payment flow is implemented for configuration and still requires Stripe setup and live acceptance testing.
- Connect the company's Stripe account and generate a payment link for an issued invoice.
- Let the customer use Stripe-hosted checkout.
- Match confirmed provider payment information to the correct invoice and company, then update payment status from verified provider information.
- An issued invoice or assigned collection task is not evidence that payment has completed.

See delivery costs alongside customer billing.
Bring operational cost context into the conversation about project value.
- In Operations, record project time, employee cost rates with historical snapshots, expenses, budgets, and estimated revenue.
- Compare recorded costs with revenue to estimate project margins. Missing costs stay unknown and different currencies stay separate.
- Capacity and project-cost tools support planning; they do not replace accounting or payroll software.
COMPANY BILLING
A clear plan. A private payment history.
Company-size subscriptions include the platform features, with monthly or discounted annual billing. Review the current tier prices and capacity limits on the pricing page.
- Owners/CEOs choose the company plan and authorize a payment method through Stripe.
- Payment history shows subscription invoices, itemized charges, paid amounts and outstanding balances. Only the Owner/CEO and specifically authorized employees can see it.
- Each employee added after setup has a one-time $15 fee on the next subscription invoice. Initial employees added during setup have no addition fee. A larger subscription is still needed before exceeding the plan’s active-user limit.
- AI, calling and email provider usage is separate. Secure checkout and real payments require provider configuration and live acceptance testing; this website does not collect payment.
A GUIDED START
Up to seven setup days. Then 45 free trial days.
Save a verified payment method before setup begins. The 45-day trial starts when the owner confirms setup complete, or automatically after seven days, whichever comes first.
- Configure company details, people, departments and the starting workspace. Confirm setup complete before business work opens.
- Finishing late does not reset or extend the trial. The first subscription payment is due after all 45 free days.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Provider usage remains separate during setup and trial.
- An early-access website request does not create an account, unlock the app, start a trial or authorize billing.
COMMON QUESTIONS
A clearer next step.
Can each department save different invoice fees?
Yes. Authorized employees can save pricing rules for their department, including named charges, amounts and taxes. Another department keeps its own rules. Saved rules are available for later customers, and users choose which ones to apply to each quote or invoice.
Where can I see a customer's past quotes and invoices?
Quotes and invoices are tied to the customer's CRM ID. Open the customer record and choose Quotes & invoices to review the documents connected to that relationship.
Can customers pay an invoice through Revonaro?
A Stripe payment flow is prepared for customer invoices, separate from the company's Revonaro subscription. It requires Stripe account setup, permissions and live acceptance testing before use. The private preview does not establish that a payment provider is connected or ready to collect money.
