START WITH A PURPOSE
Build around the outcome you want.
Choose a starting point: book qualified meetings, launch an offering, nurture undecided leads, support existing customers, or reconnect with past leads.
- Each starter suggests a goal, channels and a measurement approach. Add your actual offering, audience, evidence, budget and dates.
- Use approved AI to prepare strategy and copy, or build the plan manually. Focus on the customer’s stated problem and a useful next step.
- A completion checklist flags missing messages, unresolved questions, invalid personalization fields and channel budgets that do not match the plan.
- Find campaigns with search, draft and approved filters, and individual links. Keep unfinished work as a draft; changes to an approved plan need another review.
- Plan across email, paid search, paid social, display, video and content. Export a media plan when work needs to continue elsewhere.
A SECOND APPROACH, YOUR CHOICE
Compare messages before choosing.
Ask AI to address a customer problem, make the next step clearer, or shorten a message. Review the alternative alongside your original.
- The proposal uses the saved campaign brief and supplied company facts. See why the alternative might be worth trying and any missing facts to resolve.
- Keep the original or deliberately apply the new message. Applying it creates an edit to save and approve again.
- Preparing a comparison does not send a message or run a test. AI generation requires a configured, company-approved provider.
04 / 02
The right audience, reviewed together.
Employees can create named, private marketing lists from eligible company CRM contacts.
- Personalize email merge using supported name and company fields.
- Preview the exact message and complete recipient list. One approval can cover the entire batch.
- Use connected campaign delivery with a configured sending provider and approved company settings.
- Apply recipient suppression, unsubscribe handling, delivery records, and duplicate-send safeguards.
04 / 03
Keep audience approvals current.
Customer ownership can change. Supported safeguards check that the reviewed audience still matches the work being sent.
- Reassigning a contact removes it from the previous owner's marketing lists.
- Relevant ownership changes prevent stale audience approvals from being reused.
- Changes to an approved plan require renewed review. Provider receipts and recorded delivery results show what happened.
04 / 04
Turn advertising spreadsheets into usable reporting.
Upload CSV or Excel reports exported from Google Ads, Meta, or another advertising platform. Review the data before it becomes part of campaign reporting.
- Choose the worksheet and header row, map report columns, and confirm dates, currency, and campaign details.
- Preview results before importing. Missing measurements remain unknown rather than becoming zero, and totals rows are excluded to avoid double-counting.
- Use safeguards against duplicate submissions and overlapping reporting periods. Withdraw an incorrect report with a recorded reason.
- Use imported results in performance reporting and request AI recommendations for employee review through an approved provider connection.
- Advertising is upload-only. Revonaro does not connect to advertising accounts, automatically retrieve results, publish ads, or spend advertising budgets.
SEE WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION
Turn reported results into better questions.
Keep uploaded performance beside the plan, so your team can decide what deserves a closer look.
- Review reported spend, clicks, conversions and attributed revenue, with supported CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS calculations.
- See guidance when reported spend exceeds the plan, cost per conversion exceeds your target, or spending has produced zero reported conversions.
- Identify missing reports, unavailable measurements and different reporting periods before comparing channels. Missing data remains unknown.
- Request AI recommendations through an approved connection. Review their sources and assumptions before changing the campaign; uploaded totals do not establish what caused a result.
FROM AN IDEA TO ASSIGNED WORK
Give the next test an owner.
Turn an approved campaign into a proposed experiment with a clear hypothesis, a responsible employee and a date to review the results.
- Describe the current approach and one change to try. Choose a business measure such as qualified meetings, conversions or retention.
- Set success criteria, the sample and observation window, and rules for stopping. Available uploaded reports are attached as a historical baseline.
- Review the proposal before it creates an employee task. The task carries the test design, source information and review deadline into My tasks.
- At review time, record the evidence and decide whether to keep, revise or stop the idea—or whether the results are inconclusive.
This organizes the experiment and its follow-through. Audience splitting, message delivery and ad publishing are separate steps; Revonaro does not automatically run A/B sends or declare a statistical winner. Email delivery requires an approved sender and review of the exact message and recipients.
A PRACTICAL STARTING POINT
Marketing reporting
Bring exported Google Ads or Meta results into a consistent review. Check the reporting basis before deciding what to change.
Read the reporting guideCOMMON QUESTIONS
A clearer next step.
Can I analyze Google Ads and Meta results without connecting accounts?
Yes. Export a CSV or Excel report from the advertising platform and upload it to Revonaro. Map the columns, review the preview and duplicate checks, then use the recorded results in campaign reporting. Revonaro does not fetch live ad results, publish ads or spend advertising budgets.
How does approval work for a marketing email list?
Employees can organize CRM contacts in private marketing lists and prepare personalized email merges. Review the exact message and recipient list together before approving the campaign. Supported sending requires a configured, owner-approved email provider; changing the content or audience requires renewed approval.
Can sales and marketing coordinate customer outreach?
CRM contacts, campaign planning and assigned tasks connect the work. When an approved reassignment changes a contact's owner, that CRM ID is removed from the previous employee's marketing lists. Companies remain responsible for using appropriate recipients and permissions.
Can I plan a campaign before connecting AI?
Yes. Campaign starters, manual planning, approval checklists, uploaded reporting and experiment task preparation work without AI generation. Message alternatives and AI recommendations require an approved provider connection.
Does an experiment automatically send two versions?
No. It prepares a reviewable internal task with the test design, owner and review date. Your team arranges the audience groups and delivery separately, then records results. Revonaro does not calculate a statistical winner.
